Hi Age 72 male, Bp gets low when walks and stands for sometime, when lying on bed it is normal. Takes sugar medicine.

Dear , lowering of bp on standing can be due to diabetic autonomic neuropathy. I would advise you to consume atleast 3 l of water everyday. Avoid bp medicines. If that fails to control, consult a cardiologist.
