Hello Dr. I have suffering from gastric problem since past 6-7 years. Please suggest such vitamin tablets to get rid of it. I am on vitamin D3, as my vitamin D3 test is 0.3. Thanks.

Dear lybrate user, for gastric problems. Take green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest. Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, rice, potato, etc which are heavy to digest. Drink more water 3 litres per day. Walk for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular yogasan /pranayama/deep breathing exercise can sure help you. Pavanmuktasana, bhujangasana can help you. Take enough sleep 6 to 8 hours. Manage the stress and anger. Take enough rest. For vitamin d sunlight is the natural and best source. Take morning light sunlight it can help you.
