I am 22 year old, I haven't eat anything fuly since from past 4 days, I am suffering from teeth pain, I have taken pain killer tablets but it is not relieving the pain, what should I do know?

Sir, tooth pain are mostly due to decay in teeth. You need to get your tooth x-rayed to determine the extent of decay. Than the filling of the teeth can be done. For temporary relief, take cap. Novaclox lb three times a day for three days along with painkillers. You can also do salt water gargle twice daily. Avoid to cold n hot food.
There is no point taking pain killers n than crying having not eaten if u wish tt go to a dentist c if cavity get it filled u may require rct
Felt very bad to hear that you didn't had proper meals for 4 days because of tooth pain. You need root canal treatment of tooth cavity for pain relief. I hope you will have pain relief and chewing capacity very soon.
