I am a physically handicap due to post polio now my weight is much more and I am trying to loose weight but not successful. How can I reduce weight.

Hello, *always eat balance diet. *eat low fat & low calories. *eat only when you are hungry. *eat slowly. You are less likely to over eat. *do not snack between meals. *do not watch tv or read books while eating. *try to eat less often. * do exercise as per advice of physician which are specially design for handicap people.
