I have central diabetics insipidus since 1.5 years. My serum osmolality during test 320. Urine 214 114 minirin works well in the entire summers. But, during winters it's not helpful to concentrate my urine. What should I do? Even nasal spray too.

Dear lybrate-user, if you have confirmed central diabetes insipidus and minirin is helping you, in winter you may have to take it twice daily for good control of symptoms. In addition try to keep yourself warm by using adequate warm clothing
