I was fasting in summer and suddenly there was an unbearable pain in my kidney when I consult the doctor he said that I am having stone in my kidney of 3 to 4mm what should I do to cure it soon.

Have barley water, plenty of liquids like clear soups, lemon water, plain water through out the day. Avoid nonveg, milk products and excess pulses in your diet.
