Hi i'm 25 years old and my weight is 45 I was pregnant but had to do abortion because there was no heart beat in the baby so can I know how to go a head for the next baby and any tips to avoid all this for next time ?

You wait for 6 weeks to 2 months from the date of abortion. After that jolly well go for a pregnancy. Your condition (absence of heart beat) is known as blighted ovum. This happens in normal persons also. So are you. Don't worry.
