I am 18years old male and want to get more fair in skin. What should I do? Or which is the best Fairness cream?

Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises.
All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!
Daily Regime:
Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E.
