Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. Since the stone is situated in the right ureter it has a chance to be expelled by medicine through urine. Take homoeopathic berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 20 days. If the stone is not expelled within this span of medication of 20 days then you should go for surgery.
