What is the solution for neck pain? age: 66 y. As per mri difffuse osteoporosis &cervical spondylosis. At c4-c5 level-posterior disc osteophyte complex is seen mild compressing the thecal sac and indentation the spinal cord. At c5-c6 level posteriorndisc osteophytencomplex is seen causing mild thecal compression and subtle cord indentation.
