Hi I have a farting problem. Everyday morning I go to the bathroom and have a comfortable motion. But in the evening my stomach is filled with the gases and suffers with farts. These are so noisy and smells nothing. I am trying to control these farts but feeling so uneasiness. When I am controlling these I can hear some sounds inside my stomach some times just above my anus. I am feeling so discomfort with this situation. Please advise me on this.

1. Do appropriate exercise and yogasan like vajrasan, ardha matsya asan, naukasan, mool bandh, kapalbhati pranayam (slowly) regularly. 2. Avoid food products that cause gas/ bloating, peas, heavy pulses, jackfruit, stale food, etc. 3. Take half tsp of small harad with a little rock salt and lukewark water and isabgol for a few days daily in the night only. Then start taking isabgol 2-3 times a week with warm milk. 4. Soak raisins and dry figs in water. Soak overnight and drink empty stomac in the morning daily. 5. Fruits, soup, salad, juices will help a lot.

Do regular exercise like push ups, sit ups, plank, yoga etc. Drink plenty of water about 3 lit/day. Avoid too much oily and spicy foods. Eat lots of vegetables, whole fruits. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.
