Follow these. Eat extra amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Eat more frequently than before. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use extra refined foods. Extra protein like egg, fish, meat etc will help you. Add ghee, cream etc with foods. Add extra healthy fats in cooking. No water just before or during meals. Take quality sleep. Do muscle building exercise.
