Hello, Go for aerobics for 1/2 an hr. * take, butter,toast,milk and banana in d breakfast. * Take, ghee on bread/rice in lunch. * take,apples, carrots,papaya,cheese, soyebeen, milk, almonds, walnuts,spinach. * take, plenty of water. *take,homoeo-medicine** @ Alfalfa Q-10 drops,thrice a day with little water. @ Five phos 6x-4 tabs ,thrice a day. Report fortnightly.
