Firdousji, during pregnancy it is recommended that tsh levels are maintained first trimester 0.1 - 2.5 milli units/ml, second trimester 0.2 - 3 milli units/ml and third trimester 0.3 - 3 milli units /ml (by american thyroid association). Therefore please check tsh values immediately and if higher there may be a need to increase the dose of thyroxin.

Thyroid values can fluctuate during pregnancy and affect the growth of the baby. Get your thyroid profile asap and regulate your medication according to the result. Then keep repeating the test every 2 months throughout pregnancy.
