I have a desk job and in the last 2 year, my weight has gone up form 75 kg to 85 kg, I want to lose my weight. Please help.

Avoid fast foods, junk foods, sugar etc. Eat small amount of food. Use unrefined foods. Take lots of watery vegetables, fruits. Use extra protein foods to reduce fats. Add small amount of healthy fats. Take nuts, seeds. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Do regular exercise like yoga, plank, push ups, sit ups etc.
