I am having problem of piles and its one external one and its paining alot I am applying a medicine to it avantoc and even taking medicine tablets three times a day hamodrid tablet however still I m having lots of pain any other medicine which can cure and there no blood coming and even I m getting hard stool at starting for which its paining alot.
