Reduce weight and feel better. To lose extra fat avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid fast foods. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Eat small amount of foods but do not skip meals. Use extra protein foods to reduce fat. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Do regular exercise. These are common but for more details about foods consult me privately on lybrate.
