It is most likely that you have computer vision induced dry eyes.
But we cannot rule out allergies or any other conditions that also produce redness (the list is never ending) it would be best to visit an eye doctor at the earliest and rule out any infection, which needs treatment immediately.
Allergies and dry eyes are long standing issues and would require you to use some form of drops to soothe the eyes on a regular basis.
