I have rare disorder. I am not getting proper sleep after beard trimming, this continues for 3 to 5 days. I will be in sleep for 7 to 8 hours but after waking up I am feeling illness, dull and not refreshed. After growth of light beard, I will get normal sleep. It is happening to from past 3 to 4 years. I don't have any medication habit for sleep (pills).
