Hi, could any one help me in right diet and eating habits, right now I take break fast at 9 and lunch @ 3 and liquid food in nights, is it good to continue or do I have to change I am 24 years old and health freak.

If you are having lunch by 3,then u need to eat some food byv12.30 or 1 PM to ensure the BMR is maintained and don't eat excess at lunch time.only having liquids in the night is not suggested,may be u can have light ,easy to digest food atleast 2 hours prior to sleep

Do exercise like yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. Drink plenty of water. Eat foods frequently small amount instead of 3 big meals. Take lots of fruits, vegetables. Use unrefined foods. Take protein foods like fish, egg, lean meat etc. Use healthy fat in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep at night. These will help but for quick result consult me privately on lybrate.
