I have immense pain at the lower part of my backbone. The pain reached the thighs as weel as my ankle. I am really frustrated because of this. Please tell me the possible cause for this and also help me in curing it.

Hello lybrate user back pain annoy and tends to upset daily routine, your improper posture while working, standing, sitting, study time, bending etc. Could be responsible for that. I would like to suggest you do firstly correct your posture and take healthy diet full with nutrients. Take plenty of water, do regular back exercises under supervision of well experienced physiotherapist.
