Perfect exercises, good nutrition and addition. Of'vrushya and brunghan herbs to be taken with milk, ghee and sugar products will give you required response. However your'agni should be in flared state. I. E good digestion and metabolism. Do's n do not's needed to be followed. Green fiberes should not be neglected. For more specific info pl consult.

You can start with dairy products with a balance diet of vegetables and fiber. Don't do much of vigorous exercises. Gradually you can start with and include dairy products on the same note! as well all legumes based things will work for you.
