My father is suffering from parkinsonism since 4 years, he is under medication Recently he is loosing memory power, Will DBS help him? What is the success rate and complication of DBS surgery? He is 69 years old. Thanking you in advance.

Dbs may help in motor symptoms but it will not help in memory problems. If he has dementia, then he is not a fit candidate for dbs.
