I am 33 years old male. My skin on bikini line is very much prone to rashes. During summers especially when I sweat it becomes very itchy which further turns to wound on rubbing. I wash and take bath minimum twice a day else it would turn to annoyingly itchy and would also leave bad odour. I use antifungal dusting powder such as absorb dusting powder immediate after shower and try not to leave the skin wet all the time. I am dying to get rid of this problem. Please help on this.
