I want to grow taller. I have a Small body Frame. Is it possible to increase my body frame too with my height at the age of 20. I'm taking good enough diet for my body nowadays (about 3months) And I also do some exercises in the morning at 7 A. M. Like Running, Push-Ups strength and a little stretching like Wall Stretch and hanging. So please tell me Is there anything to get Extremely Fast Result like some medicine or any other exercise or any special food. I know it is not possible but fast as possible.
