My cousin is 26 years old, height is 5 ft nd weight is 55 kg she wants to reduce weight to 50 kg for tat purpose she is doing evening walk fr 1 hr, nd in mrng doing exercise for 10 min, having green tea 2 tym, lemon honey in the mrng, 3 ltr water, proper nutrition diet she is taking nd avoiding junk food as muc h as possible nw she wants to start walk immediately after dinner so is it good or she should do walking aftr having meal aftr 10 min so tat proper nutrients gets absorbed? What should be the ideal weight as per her height? Nd suggest some other ways to reduce weight.

Avoid to take honey hot green tea r with hot water. Do not walk immediately having meal. For weight loos maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.
