Diet wise, take more protein related, meat, egg white, Fruits, Milk, in b/w running also, u need to take more water Try to increase the pace gradually.Sudden increase ,over exertion will cause more body ache, exhaustion, sprains. Need to take supplements like all minerals.. elctrolytes to replace the loss due to exertion.
