Hello lybrate-user. Weight reduction is a multi pronged approach. You will need to do two things. Start rope skipping upto 300 times a day which is a magnificent calorie burner cardio exercise! pump up your efforts by adding weight lifting or push ups which are resistance training exercises for low sustainable calorie burning & muscle building. In addition reduce gluten intake, drink at least 6 litres water every day, increase fruits intake & ull b fine reducing at least 5 kg weight per month. Good luck.
