Thanks for your question. I can see that your weight is little lower side. So you need high calorie diet should be rich with carbohydrate along with high quality protien. Eggs, fish, some times chicken are good. Dairy products like pasteurised milk, chana, curd, sweets helpful. Rice should be more even in the form of kichdi, home made biriyani, polao, alu porotha, poha, dalia, porrdge, add nuts, banana, in morning meals. Coconut, almond are fat high calorie, max vegetables, fruits are helpful. Sleep min 8/ hrs & no stress.
