I'm having problems with my concentration power, I forgets learned things very quickly, and whenever I take study I can't concentrate on studies bcs that duration of time many unnecessary things hits on my mind every time during the study. Pls help me to get over from it.

Hi lybrate-user, you mentioned that you forget learned things. When ever you sit for study give a reading aloud, keeping pencil underline each word. Reading aloud will help you concentrate and understanding the content. Then give a second reading with learning point of view, make notes of important points, this time. Then read notes finally. This will help you concentrate. Make sure whatever you are learning give it a revision within 24hr that help us retain things for long.
