I have a stomach prob. That create a problem in my digestion. Digestive problem creates gas problem in my body. Plzzz help me. I m in a big prob.

First of all do some life style modifications. Start taking small frequent meals at least 4-5 times daily. Avoid long fasting and oily spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Decrease stress levels by meditation. Consult dt. If problem is not decreasing.
