I am concerned about my body fat. I have gain too much weight from last 5-6 months. Now I am worried about my health as fat is increasing day by day, how to control fat gain and lose weight? Please provide me suggestions.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. After follow these steps if your problem remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile. Insulin fasting insulin pp. Going through these reports I can recommend your diet.
