I am 20 years old and my height is 5'6" My weight is 64kg. I have been going to the gym since past 2 months. I have seen some increase in my stamina but the progress is very slow. Also I lose my strength very fast. What type of diet pattern should I follow to gain max. Increase in my stamina?
