Will vitamin D save my life? Should I really be taking four times the recommended daily dose.

Hi Chandu, Vitamin D might not save your life but it will certainly save your bones. It is not necessary to take four times the recommended dose unless there is some gross abnormality with absorption of vitamin D in your body. Besides at the age of 22 yrs, even if you sun bathe for half an hour to 45 mins, it will be sufficient.
