Dear lybrate user, I appreciate you for donating blood. One can donate blood regularly at 6months interval (i have seen many people doing it regularly). There will be absolutely no harm. As a precaution don't do heavy work on the day of donation. Just take good nutritional food, maintain good habbits. You don't need any supplements at this age. You need not worry you r completely normal. Keep donating blood at least once in a year voluntarily, you will save many lives.
