I am 40 years old and work as a professor of chemistry. I have severe sleeping disorder for the last 5 years. Daily I am taking sleeping pills and if I stop taking it a single day I am unable to sleep. I am quite depressed, please advise.

Stop taking sleeping pills gradually, take following medicines for 3-4 months and give feed back stop worrying, be positive in all aspects. Take bath twice in a day morning and evening, do exercise daily, meditation and chanting mantras. 1- almond oil massage of scalp-head daily at bed time 2- capsule stresscom- dabur 500 mg twice in a day with water 3- sarasvatarishta 15 ml after food twice with water 4 - khaskhas seeds-- khakra 100 gm + jayfal-nutmeg one, make powder, add 6-7 gm in 200 ml of milk + water 100 may add some sugar boil for 10-12 minutes and consume at night before bed.
