Ball hint me in my left eye, so blood now in the eye that can't let me to see properly with the eye, what should I do so that the blood will be out of my eyes or back to my body.

Do turmeric fomentation, take a peice of turmeric crush it and make a small pottali, then dip into leukwarm water, squeez the water from pottali and placed over closed eye on and off slowly slowly. For 2 to 3 minutes at least 2 times in a day.
