No problem you can play but not just after extraction wait for some time let the effect of la must go and there should not be any active bleeding from ext site.

Immediately after extraction of teeth it is not to do. But if bleeding is stopped and suture is given then you can do your job after 2days. As because chances of bleeding is there.
