A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice and honey along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 5 gm of jiggery after meals c) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep d) do regularly sinhasan and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes thanks.
