We need to know the root cause of this pain. So you should go to some ortho doctor for a check up to know the reason. And there are some physiotherapy exs which you can do. First do some hot water fermentation for 15 min. Then, sit on a chair. Move your ankles up and down, rotate them. Do this for 15 to 20 counts. Now sit straight. Raise your leg up by knee joint. Hold your leg for 10 counts. Lower down it. Do this for 10 repetitions. Now lie down on your bed. Put a small towel roll under your knee joint and press it for 10 counts. Do this for 10 repetitions.
