Whenever I go to the toilet to dump a stool, blood comes out in small amounts but no pain. Should I be worried?

Don't worry. It looks like your source of bleeding could be piles. You must avoid constipation at all costs. Take plenty of fruits, fibre rich diet and fluids. Avoid non-veg, spicy and fried food. If the problem continues, please consult some surgeon in person and have yourself examined. Thanks.
