Malaria typically presents with chills and fever, headache maybe there too. Atypical presentation may vary a lot, sometime only headache is there, other times signs of cold cough, rare occasions abdominal pain is the only presenting symptom

The primary symptoms of malaria are 1. On and of feaver with chill and rigour usually associated with sweating after chills 2. Headache 3. Nausea and vomiting 4. Body and joint pain 5. In late cases may affect brain causing cerebral malaria in falciparum type but I would recomend you a blood test of mp ict or qbc to confirm as these symptoms are not typically seen these days.
