I have a thyroid problem in last 10 years. My tsh level is normal. Then why my body gain weight. please answer.

You have thyroid problem, that's why your weight is increasing. You can follow balance diet. Avoid rice at night. You consumed 1glass lukewarm water in the morning. Then after go for a brisk walk atleast 45 minutes. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water. Avoid junk food. And avoid soya product. Spinch, reddish, capsicum use limited amount.
