What should I maintain in my daily food to keep myself fresh. Sometimes I take over amount of food that makes me feel lazy.

Hi lybrate-user, quality as well as quantity both are important in our life. Rice, curd in large quantities, spicy, fast foods and outside eatables are harmful and create laziness. Eat maximum salads and fresh seasonal fruits. If required dry fruits but only 3 - 4 in quantity. Drink lots of water and be regular on fresh vegetable soups. Most important minimum 7 hrs sleep. Slight meditation and yoga will be very much useful.
