I am gaining weight very fastly. I have tried many medicines even I go to gym bt still deres no gud response. Can uh please help me wid it.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile. Insulin fasting insulin pp. Going through these reports I can recommend your diet.
