I think you must b also having similar black pigmentation over your underarms n inner thighs n rarely it may also affect your face. Your weight is on t higher side for a 6.1 feet person it should not b more than 80-85kg. You need to reduce your weight which will decrease your black pigmentation. Is there any history of diabetes in your family. It will b better if you get your fasting blood sugar levels checked as sometime this condition may b related to high blood sugar levels or insulin resistance (normal sugar level but increase level of insulin). Eat healthy stay healthy.
