I want to loose my weight daily my inches are increasing I am going to gym also now I am in depression what should I do to loose my weight. I am also on diet and not eating junk food still there are no results?

Do health check up first. Along with this follow these. Do exercise regularly. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Take watery vegetables, whole fruits. Eat extra protein to reduce fat. Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep.
