I'm suffering from obesity from last 2 years. I suddenly gained a lot of weight. I want to reduce it. Please help me to manage. I can't do exercise regularly because of my busy study schedule. Please help me to reduce my weight.

Hello, do regular exercise, or regular walking or yoga you can do it in the home. Sleep well, be always stressful environment. Eat balanced diet. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat two big meals. Take a frequent meals. **avoid junk food like pizza, burger, noodle, carbonated drinks. Eat green vegetables & fibre. Avoid oily food. Do not watch tv or read books while eating. Do not snack between meals. Never shop when you r hungry.
