Helloo. This is due to nutritional deficiency. Follow these steps:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges and fresh fruits. Include salad in your diet. 2. Take enough protein diet because protein deficiency also cause weakness. Take soya food and protein shakes. If you are non veg take them. You can eat two boiled eggs daily with warm milk. 3. Take all dairy milk in your diet. Prefer full cream milk. 4. Take nuts daily. Its rich in fiber and omega 3. All these will help you. You can take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa syrup. Take this one spoon twice a day. If you want medicine then you can consult me privately.
