I am 24 years old and I had ruptured my achilles tendon in a accident and undergone surgery back in 4 and half months. Until one month back doctor said to not to walk. Since last month I have suggested to walk with a walker but within one month I am gradually walking on my own by following some youtube channels. Presently I am walking with some lag but I want to rectify it to walk normally and wanna resume my all activities like jogging, running etc. What should I do now?
